Tereena grew up in Southern Alberta where she gained an appreciation for outdoor adventures and living life fully while making time for family and selfcare. Growing up family time involved rodeos,music, hiking,boating,fishing, hunting and many visits with a Taxidermist!

So with that in mind she chose to live,work,and play in the Kootenays where it feels like home and now most family time is just a short drive into the Okanagan.

Tereena strives to promote health and wellbeing as well as build meaningful relationships while providing personalized care to whomever she meets..

 

Tereena brings diversity to our dental family from her various dental roles and office settings since graduating High-School in Alberta.
Initially she graduated from Dental Assisting at MSU in Great Falls Montana and practiced in Alberta as well as overseas in Australia and New Zealand.
 

Once she married and focused on dental hygiene she attended then graduated from University of Manitoba in 2010 and has practiced as an RDH both in Alberta and British Columbia ever since.
